[Hotel] Guest doesn't want to receive anymore e-mails
Employees with the user access status “Administrator” or “Owner” can delete guest data in the luca Locations account. A short guide is here.
The guest’s email address can be deleted in the luca Locations account.
This will completely remove the reservation and guest data.
Important: If the guest data is still stored in Opera Cloud, it will automatically be synced back into the luca system. Please delete the data in Opera and then in the luca Locations account.
