We work with the payment providers Rapyd (QR codes) and Adyen (terminals), each of which has different processes.
RAPYD (QR Codes)
Please log in to your luca Locations account. Go to your location and click on the luca Pay card on the right side.
In the Payout Settings field, you can click the Change Bank Account button.
You will then receive an email with further instructions and can update your bank account information.
ADYEN (Terminals)
If you are using our terminals and wish to change your bank details, please contact our luca Support. You can reach us via email at locations@luca-app.de or by phone at 030 221 838 555.
