You can get your the payout at any time via your luca Locations account.
To do this, please log into your luca Locations account at https://app.luca-app.de/login.
On the main page, please select the location for which you would like to get the payout report. Now open the "Available Balance" tab (image 1) and go to "To the payout history" (image 2). Select your payment and click on the envelope symbol to send your report to your e-mail address or click on the arrow symbol on the right to download your report.
