How do I start the payment process with my S1F2 and how is the merchant or customer receipt printed?

 

  • Click on “Payments” on the terminal home screen on the bottom right
  • Enter the amount and click on "Continue".
  • Then your guest can give a tip.
  • Your guest can tap their card on your S1F2 and enter the PIN if necessary.
  • You will immediately see whether the payment has been accepted (“approved”) or declined (“declined”). Please make sure that the payment was successful.
  • In the end the merchant and consumer receipt will be printed.

    Please note: This is not a hospitality receipt with VAT, just the payment receipt.
