How do I adjust my payout interval?

You can adjust the payout interval at any time via your luca Locations account.

To do this, please log into your luca Locations account at https://app.luca-app.de/login.

On the main page, please select the location for which you would like to adjust the payout interval. Now open the ‘Available Balance’ and ‘Payment History’ tab (Picture 1) and go to ‘To the Payout History’ (Picture 2). Scroll to the bottom of the page, where you can change the payout interval (Picture 3).

Please note that your bank will need a few days to complete the transfer.
