How do I get a customer receipt on my AMS1?

 

  • After a successful payment, a green tick and “Payment accepted” will appear in the top right-hand corner.
  • Click on “Customer invoice” at the bottom.
  • A QR code will appear, which the guest can scan to download their payment receipt as a PDF or have it sent to them by email. 
    Please note: This is not a hospitality receipt with VAT shown, only the payment receipt.
