How do I manually trigger the payout in my luca locations account?

 

You can manually trigger the payout at any time via your luca locations account.

Please log into your luca locations account at https://app.luca-app.de/login and select your location. Now open the “Payment history” option in the top left (image 1) and click on “Payout” in the top right-hand corner (image 2).

Please note that your bank will need a few days to process the transfer.

Please note: The manual payout only works via the login on the PC at https://app.luca-app.de/login, not via the luca locations app on the mobile device.
