How do I start the payment process with the Terminal App on my S1F2 and how is the merchant or customer receipt printed?

  • Click on the purple "luca" icon on the terminal home screen in the upper left corner.
  • Enter the amount and click on "Continue".
  • Then your guest can give a tip.
  • Your guest can tap their card on your S1F2 and enter the PIN if necessary.
  • You will immediately see whether the payment has been accepted (“approved”) or declined (“declined”). Please make sure that the payment was successful.
  • In the end, the customer can scan a QR code and have the receipt sent to him via E-Mail.
  • In your luca Location Account, you can send the merchant receipt to your stored email address at any time.    

    Please note: The customer receipt is not a hospitality receipt with VAT, just the payment receipt.
