How do I start with Tap To Pay?

• Download the luca Locations app (Google Play Store / Apple App Store).
• Create a luca Locations account and enter all the required data.
• Once your account is active, you can set your tip settings, payout interval, etc. under “Settings”.
• Now you can immediately start making payments via the luca Pay symbol (“€” symbol) and issue your guests with a customer receipt.
• You can find out how to create a merchant receipt here.
• Here we show you how you can view your Z-report (payment overview) via your Tap To Pay.
• Under “Settings” and “Payouts” you can view your available balance and also pay out manually to your account.
• You can also refund payments via “luca Pay”.
• Tap To Pay can be used on multiple devices, here you can find instructions on how to link multiple devices.
