Your guests can make a payment directly on your smartphone, on which we have activated Tap To Pay.
- Click on your location and on the “€” symbol to start the payment.
- Select the table for the payment and enter the amount.
- Your guest can select the tip here if applicable.
- Click on “Payment with NFC” (or “Payment with card reader”).
- Your guest can tap their card on the back of your smartphone and enter the PIN if necessary.
- You will immediately be shown whether the payment has been accepted (“approved”) or declined (“declined”). Please make sure that the payment has actually gone through.
- As soon as the payment has been completed, your guest can scan the displayed QR code and receive a payment receipt at their e-mail address.
Please note: This is not a hospitality receipt with VAT shown, just the payment receipt.
