Sofort-Cashout - what is it and how do I immediately receive my payout via my luca locations account? (in Bearbeitung)

Payments take up to 2 business days to become available. If you do not want to wait for the regular payout, you can request an early payout. You'll receive the funds in your registered bank account within a few minutes. A small service fee applies for this.

To do this, please log into your luca Locations account at https://app.luca-app.de/login.

On the main page, please select the location for which you would like to adjust the payout interval. Now open the ‘Payment history’ tab (Image 1). Scroll to the Outstanding balance, where you can get your payout immediately (Images 2 and 3).

Note: Not every payment can be released early, so the amount may be slightly less than your total outstanding balance. If your bank rejects the instant transfer, the amount will be returned back to your balance at no additional cost.
