What should I do if my S1F2 terminal freezes during payments or no longer turns on?
If your S1F2 is experiencing temporary problems, such as freezing during payments, no longer turning on (despite being fully charged), or a payment app no longer starting, you can take the following first aid measures:
- Turn the terminal over and slide the terminal cover down in the direction of the arrow. Remove the battery, wait 15 minutes, and reinsert the battery as you removed it. Then restart the terminal.
- Change the network: Go to “Settings,” enter your four-digit code, and select “Network” to switch from Wi-Fi to SIM mode and back again if necessary.
- Restart the device: Use the power button on the side of the device to select the “Restart” option.
