Where can I check the fees for my location?

You can check the fees linked to your location at any time in your luca Locations account and in the luca Locations app on your phone. They are also listed on the last page of your transaction summary.

Go to app.luca-app.de and log in using your email address and password. Then, select the location for which you’d like to check the bank account and fee details (picture 1).

Click on “luca Pay”, followed by “Payout Settings” (pictures 2 and 3).

Underneath the “Payout History” section, you’ll find the fees for your location (picture 4).
