Concierge Pages
Concierge Pages help you create a clear, branded, and useful guest experience — tailored specifically to your hotel.
Concierge Pages are custom pages per hotel that appear in the digital concierge.
They allow you to provide guests with important information, recommendations, or services such as:
- Arrival & parking information
- Spa or wellness details
- Restaurant information
- Hotel services
- Local tips
Each page can be customized individually to match your hotel’s needs and branding.
Below you will find an explanation of all available fields.
Cover Image
This image is displayed:
- On the start page of the digital concierge, and
- At the top of the concierge page itself
Choose an image that clearly represents the content of the page and attracts attention. Use an image in PNG, JPG, or WEBP format (max. 50 MB). Any size is acceptable—for best display, we recommend a landscape format with 600 × 200 px.
Examples:
- Parking page → image of your parking area
- Spa page → relaxing wellness image
- Restaurant page → food or restaurant atmosphere
Name
This is the main title of the page.
It appears at the top of the concierge page and can be longer and more descriptive.
Example:
- "Parking at the hotel"
- "Wellness & spa information"
- "Restaurant & breakfast times"
Use this field to clearly explain what the page is about.
Label
The label is shown in the menu sidebar and on the start page of the digital concierge.
Because space is limited, it should be:
- Short
- Clear
- Easy to understand at a glance
Examples:
- “Arrival”
- “Parking”
- “Spa”
- “Restaurant”
Think of this as a quick navigation title.
Icon Type
You can select an icon from a predefined list.
This icon is displayed in the menu sidebar together with the label and helps guests recognize the topic quickly.
Examples:
- Restaurant icon
- Fitness icon
- Voucher icon
- Wellness icon
Choose an icon that visually matches the page content.
Key (URL identifier)
This value is used for the page URL.
Important:
- Each concierge page must have a unique value
- If multiple pages exist, no two pages can use the same Hinweis
Best practice:
- Use a single word
- Keep it short and clear
Examples:
- parking
- spa
- restaurant
This also makes it easier to share direct links to the page.
Description
This is the main content area of the page.
Here you can provide detailed information for your guests.
Formatting options (Markdown) are available, including:
- Bold and italic text
- Bullet points
- Numbered lists
- Quotes
- Structured formatting
Use this section for full explanations, details, or instructions.
Short description
This short description is displayed on the start page of the digital concierge.
It should:
- Be short (ideally one sentence)
- Explain the purpose of the page
- Encourage guests to click
Example:
- “All information about parking and how to get there at a glance.”
Rank
The rank defines in which order the page appears inside the digital concierge.
Lower numbers are shown first.
Use this to prioritize the most important pages for your guests.
Example:
- 1 → Arrival
- 2 → Restaurant
- 3 → Spa
CTA Button Text
You can add a primary button on the page.
This is often used to link to external content such as:
- Online menus
- Spa booking pages
- External booking tools
This field defines the text shown on the button.
Example:
- “Open menu”
- “View spa offers”
- “Book now”
CTA Link
The URL that opens when the primary button is clicked.
This can be:
- An external website
- A booking page
- A PDF
- Another digital resource
Always make sure the link works and opens correctly on mobile devices.
Highlighted Text
This is a highlighted text area shown on a tile so it stands out visually on the page.
Use this for important information such as:
- Special offers
- Important notices
- Key guest information
- Time-sensitive messages
Example:
- “Parking spaces are limited — please reserve in advance.”
Homepage Button Text
This button appears already on the start page overview of the digital concierge.
Because guests see it before opening the page, it should be:
- Very short
- Action-oriented
- Clear and inviting
Examples:
- “Explore more”
- “View now”
- “Details”
Secondary Button Text
You can optionally add a second button if you want to link to more than one action.
This works the same way as the main CTA button.
Example:
- “Opening Hours”
- “Get in contact”
- “View prices”
Secondary Button Link
This is the URL linked to the secondary button.
It can point to:
- Another website
- Additional information
- A second document or menu
Active / Inactive
Each concierge page can be activated or deactivated.
Active
The page is visible to guests in the digital concierge.
Inactive
The page is hidden and not shown to guests.
This is useful when:
- Preparing pages in advance
- Temporarily hiding seasonal content
- Editing pages without making them visible immediately
Best Practice Tips
- Keep labels short and clear
- Use strong images to attract attention
- Write short, clear start-page descriptions
- Use buttons for clear actions
- Check links regularly
- Keep ranking logical for guest navigation
