How do customers receive a VAT receipt?

Unfortunately it is not possible for us to issue a "Bewirtungsbeleg" with VAT. You are welcome to download your payment receipt in your app, but you can only get the accounting-compliant receipt with VAT via the location.

You can contact the location with your 5 digit payment code in order to ask them about your receipt. You can also put us in CC if you need further assistance in the communication with the location ("hello@luca-app.de").
