You can request refunds at any time via your luca Locations account.
To do this, please log in to your luca Locations account and select the location for which you would like to make the refund.
Once you have selected a location, click on “Closed payments”. You are welcome to use the search field to find the corresponding payment (Figure 1).
Click on the relevant payment to go to the “Payment details”. You can identify the payment to be refunded based on the time and date, amount and the five-digit payment code.
Now click on “Refund” at the bottom and confirm again that you want to refund this payment (Figure 2).
As soon as the refund of the payment is completed, you will see the small round arrow symbol as confirmation (image 3).
