How can I issue a refund through the luca Locations account?
You can issue refunds at any time via your luca locations account.
To do this, please log in to your luca Locations account and select the location for which you would like to make the refund.
Once you have selected a location, click on “Payment history” (image 1).
Scroll down to see your payment history. Search for the payment in the Payment history. You can use the search field to quickly find the relevant payment (image 2).
Click on the relevant payment to go to the “Payment details”. You can identify the payment to be refunded based on the time and date, amount and the five-digit payment code.
Now click on “Refund” at the bottom and confirm again that you want to refund this payment (image 3).
Once the refund has been completed, it will appear in the "Refund History" directly below the Payment history. A purple circular arrow icon on the right-hand side indicates that the refund was successful.
