How do I get a new transaction overview in my luca locations account?

You can download your transaction overview from your luca locations account at any time.

To do this, please log into your luca locations account at https://app.luca-app.de/login and select the location.

Now click on the "Payment history" at the Available balance tab. You can view all payments made so far. Then click on "Go To The Download Center" (Images 1 and 2).

Here, you can find all receipts, summaries, payment overviews, and invoices. You can download them at any time as PDF, Excel, or CSV files, or send them to you by email whenever you need them.
Simply click on "Send" or "Download" and select your desired billing period (Image 3).

You can update the address for receiving the overviews at any time on the same page.

To update the email address for the monthly invoices, select the "Go to Invoices" option and click on "Edit" (Image 4).

Please note: The transaction overview is not the monthly invoice. You will receive the transaction overview depending on the payment interval you have selected.
