- Please click on the “Transactions” symbol in the bottom left corner of the terminal home screen next to "Settings".
- Then click on "History" and enter the four-digit code (you will find this code on the instructions that you received with your terminal).
- Select the payment you would like to refund to the guest.
- Click on the lock symbol at the bottom left, enter your refund code and confirm the refund with "Yes".
- The payment will be refunded directly to the guest's previously used payment method (please note the bank processing time of 1 - 2 working days).
