How do I manage my payments?

Log in to your luca locations account at https://app.luca-app.de/login and select the location for which you would like to view the payment information.

Click on "Payment History" at Available Balance in the top left-hand corner and click on a payment in your "Payment History". There you will find various payment details, including the payment method, amount, tip, and fees (images 1 and 2).

You can access the Download Center via the "Go to the Download Center" link. There, you can download various reports or send them to your registered email address (image 3).

• “Merchant receipts”: You can send your digital merchant receipts for your desired period to your e-mail
• "Terminal summary": You can receive all z-reports by email, sorted by terminal.
• "Payment Report": You can download a transaction overview for your selected period.
• "Payout overview": You can download an overview of your payouts for the selected period.
• "Invoices": You can find your luca invoices on a separate page "Go To Invoices", where you can view and download them.

Below the Download Center, you will find your Refund History (image 4).
